Availablilty and pricing

As a rule only 1 copy of each poster, print or book is available. Availabilty is subject to prior sale. Liability for typographical errors in the text is not accepted. Prices may be adjusted without prior notification. Goods are being sold under the margin scheme, without calculation of VAT. All goods are sold without the rights of authorship and reproduction.

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash or Paypal. When using Paypal, 2% of the total invoice amount will be added.

Shipment

After receipt of the payment, goods will be shipped in a sturdy packaging. Only the actual cost of shipping will be charged, no handling fees. Cost of material will only be charged when expensive or not-standard materials must be used (for instance wooden crating).

Satisfaction

In case the purchase is not to your full satisfaction, goods may be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 14 days after receipt and only when returned in the same condition as when they left the gallery. After this 14 day period the buying agreement can not be dissolved without mutual consent.

Liability

Notwithstanding the carefulness with which the website and its contents have been designed and compiled, Galerie Stylo does not accept any liability for the use of the website, including typographical omissions. Using the website implies the user accepts the conditions as described on the website.
